If you haven’t upgraded your PC in the last 8-12 months, NOW IS THE TIME TO DO SO!. These chips are in stores today, and are available in reasonable price ranges..
From my personal experience,i would rate 5/5
Pros:
#Excellent Gaming,Media and overall computing performance
#Energy efficient and Power saving
#Turbo mode pushes CPU upto 3.8Ghz!!
#At this price point..no other CPU can beat this beast!!
Cons:
#Locked multiplier = no more Overclocking
#Lack of integrated GPU

Great for people eying at i7, well priced, can use without graphics card in H-series board, can overclock graphic gpu.
Cons: No CPU overclocking, its locked ,2600k supports cpu over clocking, great for overclockers and hard core gamers
