is it good buy a k series processor under indian conditions ?

i'm planning to buy a cpu but i'm confused which to buy a k series or a non k as the ambient temp in india is high is buying a k series processor a good idea..

i5 is one of the best cpu for Intel.. successful; but still i find overclocking a problem.. Not happy with this point alone ; otherwise great processor...

Using This for past one month . I am Really Happy About Its performance . will surely suggest it to my friends . this processor comes in handy when u wanna get extra performance from it .. people who use a p67 series board can overclock it to a good extend . i am using h67 series and overclocking is restricted much . but since h67 support on-board graphics i preferred it .. i am able to play games like world in conflict , far cry , call of duty etc smoothly without any problem .. overall its one of the best.

A good product.. i am using this cpu past 7 months running good. but still i feel price is bit high.. And Over clocking experience is not good enough.
The core temp just shoots and cpu became unstable.
But good to use it as it is.. Gaming experience is good as far as we use an good graphic card. Intel plz bring down the price, this is just an quad processor. I gv 3 star only friends..

for every possible god gamers who are planning to alter their PC for smooth gaming i5 2500k is a perfect choice.don't waste money in buying i7 extreme or other i7's becoz this one is cheaper smarter and worth the the money.
