The bundled firm ware is buggy and it connects some times and most of the times it is not connecting to reliance netconnect + . After upgrading the firmware to 9.0.1.7c, the device is more manageable. And really a fun to use on the road.

pros: It supports my unlisted novatel 727 and it can be powered off a usb port so my android tablet can power it just fine, the range is pretty decent and it's very small to transport.
cons: After trying multiple firmwares, device still locks up very frequently with exception handle on cpu. Tech support is almost non-existent and a forum thread I posted for help on ASUS forums hasn't had a single response in 2 weeks.
